AOBCM800 24 Volt Twin Compressors

This kit includes two of ''Air On Boards'' impressive AOBCM40024 compressors and two heavy duty 40-amp relays. Each Dual Pack comes with remote mount filter assemblies and mounting hardware.

WIRING KIT

Everything you need to install and wire this compressor is include in the sale price. Don't get court by buying 24 volt compressors without the CORRECT wiring kit. By buying it all included you can be assured that you will receive the correct size fuses, relays, switches and wire.

  1. 100 mm black earth cable.
  2. 2 x 24 volt 40 amp relay.
  3. 3mtr 4mm power cable.
  4. 3mtr 3mm power cable.
  5. low amp fuse holder.
  6. 2 x High amp fuse holder.
  7. 24 volt toggle switch.
  8. All connectors, pre-wired ready to install .

RUBBER MOUNT

The compressor is fixed to the tank by rubber vibration pads to protect the compressor from excessive vibration.

It is not recommended to mount any 24 volt compressor up side down. Whilst it will still run mounted in this position, the problem is caused by the heat generated by the compressor not escaping correctly and radiating back through the compressor body into the windings. This causing damage to the motor and premature failure of the compressor.
